About Us

Superstaff was founded in Christchurch in March 2006 to provide exceptional staffing services to industry. We pride ourselves on supplying the right staff, first time, being available to assist with staffing issues at any time and being a great employer for our workers. We opened our Auckland offices in August 2011 and we’re providing the same fantastic staffing services to our Auckland clients. We have a satellite office in Tauranga, and we are able to recruit remotely throughout New Zealand.

Why Superstaff? We are a boutique recruiter and we pick and choose our clients and our employees.Because we are a small team we are able to look after the end to end recruitment process, and consequently have a great understanding of our candidate's and client's requirements, and the best fit of the person who we will place in each role. We're interested in long term outcomes, and we love the results we get when employees and employers are both happy with a job placement!


Amber began working with Superstaff in February 2016, starting off as a casual administrator and as time has progressed she has acquired many new skills. Amber really enjoys learning about the variety of work and industries in New Zealand and seeing how interdependent they can be. She also enjoys being able to assist talented individuals, whatever their background is, to find their ideal job

Rebbecca has been with Superstaff since 2012 and over her time with the team she has obtained and developed her skills to get the best results for candidates and clients alike.

Rebbecca's goal is providing professional, pro-active, business-focused and quality-driven recruitment support to all clients and candidates. She is generally the first point of contact in Christchurch for most placements; and with an excellent sense of urgency, responsiveness and as an exceptional executor of tasks she can help with any staffing/recruitment needs that arise. It is our goal with Superstaff that we fully understand both client and candidate requirements and objectives to ensure success in every placement. Working with the Superstaff team is a lifestyle and it's one Rebbecca loves. Growing and moving with the company is something she enjoys and looks forward to.
