If a casual worker works for you on an ongoing basis for thirteen weeks or longer, there is no change over fee if you decide to hire them permanently
We have great workers available for long or short term assignments.
Our recruitment procedure includes all staff being:
Interviewed and assessed
Their work history, preferred work, skills and personal situation is discussed
Given a basic induction
Background checked, including a police check
Given job specific testing if required

Give us a job description for the role you would like filled, and we will take the following steps:
Check our database for any suitable applicants
If no suitable applicants are already registered with us, we will advertise for the position. Superstaff uses a variety of media, including radio, print and online job boards. Some advertising will incur costs to the client.
All applicants will be assessed for suitability, and any with appropriate skills for the position will be interviewed by Superstaff.
Job specific testing may take place if requested (computer, customer service, personality, general aptitude testing)
With regard to the results of the interviews and subsequent reference checks, a shortlist will be drawn up.
Clients will be given CV summaries for the candidates on the short list, and may choose to interview some or all of them.
Superstaff offers a range of fee options for recruiting permanent staff.
Clients can choose to pay the full placement fee (a percentage of salary package) at the date the job offer is made to the successful applicant, and a replacement guarantee period will apply.
Clients can split the placement fee into three equal payments, and no guarantee period will apply
Clients can choose to hire the successful applicant through Superstaff on a temporary basis for three months, and then hire them directly at no further cost.
